About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of life through supportive, compassionate therapy. I value person-centred, affirming therapy, focusing on understanding how your experiences have shaped you and the ways you experience the world. In my work with neurodivergent individuals, I focus on the importance of neuro-affirming care; collaborating with you to achieve the goals you set and the challenges you identify.

Therapeutic Approach
Because you are unique, your therapy will be unique to you. I have trained in a range of therapeutic interventions including:
EMDR
Schema therapy
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Mindfulness-Based CBT
Meta Cognitive Therapy
Assessments are completed using a range of standardised psychometric tests and diagnostic interviews. I am trained in the use of the MIGDAS-2 qualitative interview used to explore (diagnose) Autism.

ADHD and Autism
I have been obsessed with ADHD, Autism, and neurodivergence since researching and discovering I’m an ADHDer while I was at Uni. I love working with neurodiverse adults to discover their brain style, unlock their most authentic lives, identify tools and technologies to support them, advocate for accommodations, and reduce stress.
I work within the Neurodiversity Affirming paradigm and advocate for the core principle that ADHD and Autism are differences, not deficits. This adopts the social model of disability (in contrast to the medical model) that focuses on the systems and frameworks that disadvantage people with differences. Many challenges arise from being expected to function in social systems and institutions that are not designed to accommodate these differences and these can have a huge impact on the wellbeing of neurodiverse people. I believe it’s the systems and challenges that we benefit from addressing, rather than “fixing” something that isn’t broken.
